I have a 1999 green seal $5 note that looks like it was miscut…it is same size as one dollar bill but bottom edge is quite large on front of bill and top edge is almost none existent while the back of bill has rather normal edging..i can picture or scan for you…just trying to find out if there was an error with the printing on this bill…..thanks
