  1. LI have a1923 silver certicate (large bill). It is difficult to see the signatures. one looks like: Frank White Treasure of United States.

    The other signature looks like: the last name ” Woods” not sure though. Serial number B53203969E. Could you give me an idea of the value? Thank you.
