City InfoBerryville is an incorporated town in and the county seat of Clarke County, Virginia, United States. The population was 4,185 at the 2010 census, up from 2,963 at the 2000 census. Berryville was founded at the intersection of the Winchester Turnpike and Charlestown Road.
