    • 1996 110 Bills don’t have collector value with the following less common exception:

      Star serial number AND fancy serial numbers from any bank. Important: The note must be in perfect condition. Examples: A12345678*, C01010101*, G88888888* etc.

Have a $20 note.1996 series.the letter ‘d’ next to Jackson bottom picture as well as ‘d’ left bottom corner of signature of Rubin withrow.aquried when I withdraw $200 from atm machine 2 days ago.the rest of the 20’s looked fine..this was the only one that stood out.can you advise on what to do at this point.very courious.thank u
